Stoffer previously held senior executive roles at Bal Seal Engineering and Dover Corporation, where he successfully led initiatives that propelled commercial success in markets focused on electronic manufacturing services (EMS) both domestically in the U.S. and internationally. He is known for cultivating productive customer relationships and implementing people-centric leadership approaches that bolster team dynamics and performance.
