Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Proficient in using computers (Word, Excel, Outlook).
2. A cooperative attitude and a willingness to actively engage in tasks.
Conversely, the following individuals are not eligible to apply:
1. Non-Japanese nationals.
2. Those disqualified from becoming national public servants as per Article 38 of the National Public Service Act (e.g., individuals sentenced to imprisonment).
3. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent under the Civil Code prior to amendments in 1999.
Work Hours
The work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays, with a 60-minute break included.
Workplace Location
The position is based at:
1-11-39 Nagatacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Review Commission. The office is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the Nagatacho subway station (Exit 3). Please note that commuting by private car is not permitted.
Employment Duration
The selected candidate will begin employment on or after October 1, 2023, and the contract will extend until March 31, 2029. Initially, a one-month probation period will be established.
Compensation
Salaries will be disbursed on the 16th of each month, with base pay being approximately 11,188 to 13,257 JPY per day, adjusted based on educational background and experience. Additional payments such as year-end bonuses and housing allowances will apply as per regulations.
