Forest Edge Apartments comprises a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, all equipped with energy-efficient appliances, spacious closets, and complimentary internet access for residents. This project places a strong emphasis on affordability, with the majority of the units reserved for individuals earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income. Additionally, eight units are specifically designated for residents with disabilities, utilizing Section 811 Housing Vouchers.

The development not only provides housing but also includes a suite of communal amenities. Residents will enjoy access to a fitness center, a community room for gatherings, a business meeting center, and a parcel room to facilitate package delivery. One of the standout features of the project is its commitment to sustainability.
