Recently, Magellan Medical, based in Shinagawa, Tokyo, unveiled the Hokkaido version of their Medical Mall Analysis Dashboard. This initiative aims to shed light on the healthcare landscape in Hokkaido, particularly focusing on the concentration of medical malls in Sapporo. Users can analyze this data in conjunction with mapping tools, facilitating easier interpretation.

Demand Forecast

Forecasting potential healthcare demand up to the year 2050, this part of the dashboard incorporates projected population and aging rates along with land price data. It offers insights into location risks and potentials at the city and town level.
