The theme was centered around enjoying the autumn harvest and exploring gut health through Koiwai's 100% fresh milk yogurt. Attendees had the opportunity to learn from a Koiwai gut health advisor (腸活アドバイザー®) who provided insights into the benefits of yogurt as an essential ingredient for gut health and overall wellness. As participants enjoyed a specially curated gluten-free lunch, the seminar sparked engaging conversations around daily eating habits and nutrition.
