Coca-Cola Florida Recognizes Leadership Excellence



Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC, often referred to as Coke Florida, recently announced exciting leadership promotions that are set to enhance the company's operational effectiveness and fortify its market position. With a strategic vision anchored in the company’s 'Next 10' initiative, these promotions reflect an ongoing evolution within the organization aimed at meeting consumer demands and driving sales growth.

New Leadership Appointments



On October 23, 2025, Coke Florida appointed three experienced executives to pivotal roles:

1. Gregory Park has been appointed Vice President of Operational Execution. Park, a seasoned professional in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience overseeing national go-to-market strategies at The Coca-Cola Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Troy University.

2. James Boyce steps into the role of Vice President of Distribution. With over 17 years of experience within the Coca-Cola system, Boyce has a strong track record. Before this promotion, he served as the General Manager for the Tampa market. With a degree in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University, he has successfully managed production operations responsible for over 100 million beverage cases annually.

3. Nathan Logan II, now Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, brings 17 years in the food and beverage industry, having previously worked with Nestlé Waters North America. He joined Coke Florida as a Senior Engineer in 2020 and has made significant contributions to operational efficiencies. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.

In a statement, Cass Black, Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, expressed confidence in the newly promoted leaders, stating, "Their combination of experience, passion, and vision will be crucial as we aim to fulfill the promises of our 'Next 10' strategy."

Looking Ahead



Leroy Yancey, Senior Vice President of the Product Supply Network, echoed these sentiments, stating, "As we enter our next decade, it is vital that we continue to evolve our operations to stay closely aligned with the needs of our customers and consumers. These leaders will be instrumental in ensuring we remain agile, efficient, and capable of driving sustainable growth throughout our footprint in Florida."
