Vesper Energy Appoints New Chief Commercial Officer
Dallas, Aug. 20, 2025 – Vesper Energy, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector in the United States, has officially appointed Monica Opderbeck as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This strategic move comes as the company seeks to enhance its influence and streamline its operations in the growing renewable energy market.
In her expanded capacity, Monica will take charge of all commercial operations at Vesper Energy. Her responsibilities will encompass Corporate Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Origination. She aims to propel the company towards significant growth by spearheading efforts in capital raising, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring that various departments align effectively for the optimal monetization of Vesper's assets.

Before her tenure at Vesper Energy, Monica held various leadership positions at Pattern Energy Group, including Head of Commercial Origination and Senior Director of Corporate Development. Her expertise also extends to financial sectors, where she led utility-scale tax equity investments at Wells Fargo Bank.
