Each product showcases unique flavors and textures while staying true to the sweet potato's essence. They are perfect for a comforting break or as an afternoon snack.”

GREEN DOLCE aims to elevate the understanding and value of unused ingredients and plans to expand its raw material wholesale business, thereby significantly contributing to food waste reduction.

As part of a broader mission to become a leading force in minimizing food loss in Japan, Kuradashi continues to offer enjoyable shopping experiences that tie to meaningful societal contributions. With this launch, they demonstrate that sustainable choices can also mean delicious indulgences, transforming once-wasted materials into gourmet sweets.
