In a recent success story, Mudukara Inc., a Tokyo-based energy management company, has introduced its innovative EM CLOUD system at Jozenkai, a social welfare organization located in Ibaraki Prefecture. This collaboration has not only resulted in substantial cost savings but has also significantly improved the working conditions for staff members at the Tamakiyusou nursing home.

Since the installation of the EM CLOUD system, Jozenkai has already achieved a spectacular reduction in contracted power. The initial capacity of 161kW has been lowered to 151kW, translating to around 80,000 yen in savings on their annual basic charges alone. Expectations on operational improvements suggest the capacity could drop into the 130kW range during peak summer months, leading to even greater savings.
