- - Antipasti: Start your meal with marinated Sicilian olives and the acclaimed "Prociutto KRAS 10-month aged" fresh ham. You can enhance your dish by adding burrata cheese and seasonal fruits for an additional 500 yen.
- - Bread: Enjoy VIVIANI rye bread complemented with whipped mascarpone.
- - Salad: A refreshing curly kale and mushroom salad features a homemade onion dressing, perfectly balancing the richness of the other courses.
- - Main Course: Delight in the beautifully presented "Mochi Pork Belly Wrapped in Vegetables". For an additional 2,000 yen, guests can upgrade to the tender roasted Ohnuma Black Beef from Hokkaido.
