At the forefront of their exhibit was the 3S Solution (Smart, Simple, Successful), which includes a no added sugar sweetener known as Nexweet® Allulose and Fiberest®, a soluble dietary fiber. This cutting-edge solution was first introduced at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) 2025 in Chicago last July, where Samyang showcased cereal bars produced with this innovative blend.

During the SSG 2025 event, attendees had the opportunity to taste pectin gummies formulated with the 3S Solution, designed specifically to enhance dietary fiber content. A standout feature of this solution is the AI capability that allows clients to input their desired sugar reduction percentage, ingredient cost, and product category parameters. The system analyzes this data to suggest optimal formulations, simplifying the product development process.

Fast-tracking Product Development



The advantages of the 3S Solution go beyond sweet taste alternatives. Its design aims to significantly shorten development cycles, providing Samyang the agility needed to adapt swiftly and intelligently to the intricate demands of the food industry. Future enhancements of this AI solution are planned to broaden its application into diverse categories such as ice creams and sauces.

Nexweet® Allulose, developed internally by Samyang, mimics sugar's sweetness at approximately 70% while boasting an almost negligible calorie count. Meanwhile, Fiberest®, categorized as a resistant maltodextrin, is recognized as a functional health ingredient that contributes positively to gut health, regulation of blood sugar levels post-meals, and management of triglyceride levels in the bloodstream.
