Overview of the Program

The English Education Council (ELEC) is excited to announce its unique summer training program aimed at English teachers, titled "Fiji Summer English Education Training". This program is part of the council's 70th anniversary celebrations, set to take place from July 29 to August 8, 2026. Participants will not only engage in English learning but will also enjoy a rich array of cultural experiences in the beautiful islands of Fiji.

Training Highlights

In this intensive training, attendees will have the chance to visit local high schools, participate in mock classes, and interact with local educators and Japanese international students. Furthermore, the program includes a homestay experience that allows participants to immerse themselves in Fijian culture, as well as engage in various cultural activities such as cooking classes, visits to traditional villages, and market tours.
