The planned acquisition is anticipated to be finalized later this year. Upon its completion, InteLogix aims to establish a service center in New Cairo, enhancing its ability to provide multi-lingual support in languages such as Arabic, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. The decision to select Egypt stems from its abundant talent pool, cost-effectiveness, robust infrastructure encompassing widespread fiber-optic connectivity, favorable time zone alignments with Europe, and various state incentives for technology and export services.

As part of InteLogix's smart-shoring strategy, the New Cairo location will complement the company's existing delivery model, offering customers a strategic blend of nearshore and offshore options that focus on performance, cultural alignment, and cost efficiency.
