In an impressive demonstration of cutting-edge technology, Firehawk Aerospace has announced the successful completion of their first flight test of a 3D-printed hybrid rocket, specifically designed for tactical use by the U.S. Army. This innovative rocket system, called the GMLRS-class Firehawk Analog (GFA), represents a significant advance in hybrid propulsion and additive manufacturing for defense applications.

Successful Flight Test



During the inaugural flight test, the GFA rocket achieved a remarkable vertical ascent of over 18,000 feet and surpassed the speed of sound after launching from a specially designed mobile platform.
