Gastronomy Joel Robuchon, operated by Four Seasons Co., is preparing an extraordinary dining experience with a special Christmas menu from
December 18 to December 25, 2025. Reservations are accepted two months in advance of the dining date, which means if you wish to dine on December 24, you should make your reservation starting October 24.

Caviar and Lobster Jelly with Smooth Cauliflower Cream

Grilled Wagyu Fillet with Black Truffle and Red Wine Sauce
The main course boasts a perfectly sautéed Wagyu fillet served with a flavorful black truffle potato parmentier and an aromatic red wine sauce. The rich truffle fragrance combined with a fresh herb salad creates a gourmet dining experience that is perfect for the festive season.
Radiant Christmas Wreath Dessert
