Cover Stars of the Month

This month's issue features the cover with Yamada Kuniko, Yamazou Kaori, and Hashimoto Shohei from the inaugural performance of "Janis" by Room NO.925. The unit, formed by Yamada Kuniko and producer Toshiyuki Namba after a 22-year hiatus, is set to deliver an intriguing new play. Their dynamic collaboration has sparked a lot of excitement, and we caught up with them to discuss their hopes for this performance.

Additionally, Miho Sakoda from the Fujiwara Opera Company will be featured, playing the lead role of Violetta in Verdi’s classic La Traviata. Since her debut as the title character in Madame Butterfly in 2019, Sakoda has captivated audiences with her stunning soprano voice, and her portrayal of Violetta is highly anticipated.
