NTT Data Group's Transformation with Pendo
NTT Data Group, Japan's largest IT service provider, has announced the adoption of Pendo to enhance the employee experience (EX) through significant internal system reforms. With a global reach spanning 50 countries and around 200,000 employees, NTT Data is focusing on the improvement of internal IT environments for approximately 120,000 domestic employees, including business partners.
The company's internal initiatives cover the development, operation, and management of IT services, including system infrastructures, help desk services, IT service management, and compliance with internal controls and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Leveraging cloud services like ServiceNow and SAP, NTT Data operates over 120 internal systems to optimize the work experiences of its employees.
The current initiative aims to visualize the usage data of various internal systems through Pendo, focusing on improving the employee experience across the board. By identifying bottlenecks in business processes, NTT Data intends to link enhancements to improved performance.
