Gold Royalty Corporation Reports Significant Earnings Growth and Cash Flow for 2026's Third Quarter

Gold Royalty Corporation Reports Q3 and Nine-Month Earnings for 2026

Gold Royalty Corp., trading under the ticker GROY on NYSE American, has recently shared its operating and financial accomplishments for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2026, registering notable growth in revenue and cash flow during this period.

Financial Highlights

The results reveal that Gold Royalty achieved an unprecedented revenue of $10.2 million for the third quarter, reflecting a remarkable increase of around 147% year-over-year. When combining various income sources, including land agreement proceeds and interest, total revenues for this period surged to $11.5 million. This represents a staggering 151% growth, along with a more than 100% increase in Gold Equivalent Ounces (GEOs), which reached 2,689.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at approximately $9 million, significantly higher than the previous year's results. This translates to a net income of $3.8 million, a considerable rebound from a loss of $1.1 million during the same quarter last year. The company ended Q3 with around $21 million in cash reserves, no debt, and an unused $125 million revolving credit facility.

CEO David Garofalo attributed this success to robust production levels from a diversified portfolio of royalty and streaming assets across established global mining jurisdictions. He expressed optimism over continued free cash flow growth, bolstered by increased production from critical mines including Odyssey, Côté, and Jerritt Canyon, building a solid foundation for potential cash returns to shareholders.

Production Insights

The company remains poised to meet its stated production goal of 7,500 to 9,300 GEOs for 2026, having achieved 76% of this target by the end of September 2026. Significant production advances were reported at several assets, notably a recorded production increase at the Borborema mine, which transitioned to in-house management aimed at boosting operational efficiency and output. Record production levels were also reported from Odyssey and the Granite Creek projects, with promising data from ongoing explorations at these sites.

Portfolio Diversification and Growth

Gold Royalty's strategic outlook emphasizes the importance of maintaining a diversified portfolio. The company currently holds over 260 royalty and stream agreements. Recent activities included acquiring royalties from the Sterling project and Granite Creek mine, demonstrating continued investment in high-quality assets with promising growth potential. Other assets like Jerritt Canyon and the Vareš mine are poised for future production increases, backed by investments in exploration and operational enhancements by their respective operators.

Looking Forward

As Gold Royalty continues to navigate market dynamics, the company maintains its projections for 2026 while monitoring commodity prices closely. The management outlook suggests a firm commitment to disciplined growth and capital deployment, ensuring strategic expansions align with shareholder interests. The upcoming conference call scheduled for November 5, 2026, promises further insights into these strategic initiatives and operational updates.

Gold Royalty is asserting its place as a leading entity in the precious metals sector, focusing on sustainable investments that prioritize long-term shareholder value. This current financial performance sets a robust groundwork for future endeavors, making Gold Royalty Corp. a company to watch as it progresses into the next fiscal year.
