Founded in 2012 by the prominent chef Yamashita near Meguro Station, Yamashita Honki Udon has built a reputation for its authentic Sanuki-style udon made with carefully selected wheat. In June 2017, following a licensing agreement and trademark acquisition, the brand was fully integrated into Garden Co., Ltd.
Yamashita Honki Udon prides itself on its handmade udon, which undergoes careful production and aging within the restaurant.
