In 2024, Geely Auto’s international sales surged, with a record 403,923 units exported—an extraordinary 53% increase compared to the previous year. This growth is attributed to Geely's aggressive expansion, which saw the company successfully penetrate over ten new markets and strengthen its presence in regions including the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
Expanding Production and Distribution Networks
Geely has broadened its operational capabilities, establishing approximately 900 sales and service locations worldwide, a remarkable 69% increase from the end of 2023. To support this growth, the company built two new factories in Asia and Africa and set up four subsidiaries across Indonesia, Australia, the Philippines, and Chile, enhancing local market access and operational efficiency.
