Suits Inc. Launches Local Support Campaign 2025
Suits Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, CEO: Yusuke Komatsu) has announced the 34th installment of its "Local Support Campaign 2025," specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Kochi Prefecture with fewer than 100 employees. This initiative is designed to provide substantial discounts and promote the use of their management support cloud tool, "Suits Up."
Overview of the Campaign
From August 26 to September 5, 2025, Suits Inc. will run this campaign which allows eligible businesses to access a 20% discount on paid plans for "Suits Up" after filling out an inquiry form and signing up. This campaign is crucial for SMEs, who often face significant operational costs and require efficient task management solutions.
Interested participants can apply through the inquiry form provided on the
Suits Inc. website, specifying "Local Support Campaign 2025" in the inquiry section.
A simulation conducted by the company revealed that a business with 30 employees could incur up to 1.19 million yen in costs from simple task progress checks between supervisors and subordinates. By integrating team task management, these businesses can significantly reduce such costs through better visibility of tasks and operations.
Despite the known advantages, a survey by Nulab (conducted from October 6 to October 10, 2023) indicated that many companies still rely on traditional methods for task management, such as emails (31.2%) and handwritten notes (30.6%). Only 11.7% of businesses utilize specialized task management tools. This highlights the need for better tools like "Suits Up" to enhance productivity in SMEs.
Features of Suits Up
"Suits Up" is a project and task management tool designed to simplify and facilitate daily team operations. With features comparable to spreadsheet software, it allows businesses to visualize tasks, reducing the risk of missed deadlines and improving organizational efficiency.
The alpha version launched in September 2023 and a beta version followed in April 2024, featuring essential functions for task management, organization, communication, and analytics. The functionalities also include predefined templates and deadline notifications to make daily task management hassle-free.
Pricing is structured to accommodate various business sizes. The standard plan costs 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding tax), but for companies with 10 or fewer users, a starter plan is available at just 500 yen per user per month. Additionally, the initial setup fees will be waived until September 30, 2025, as part of the campaign to encourage adoption.
