Campaign Details


From April 29, 2025, to July 31, 2025, we are extending a special offer for a limited number of new clients. The first five participants can enjoy a reduced management fee of only 10% for three months, a significant discount compared to the usual market rate of around 20% of monthly booking revenue, plus additional cleaning fees. This is an excellent opportunity for owners to transition to a more profitable and transparent management system. After the three-month promotional period, fees will adjust to the standard rate of 20%, ensuring a clear and secure operational framework.

Initial Terms


The initial contract period is set to three months. Any cancellation requests must be submitted by either party one month prior to the conclusion of the contract to terminate the agreement. If no cancellation is requested, the contract will automatically renew for the same duration. Note that if it’s necessary to improve the interior (for example, retaking photos or enhancing decor), we will arrange a meeting to discuss these changes.

An additional offer is available for those starting with three or more rooms within the same building—enjoy an 8% fee for the first three months!
