As we welcome the New Year, it's a time-honored tradition in Japan to enjoy Osechi, a special meal prepared to mark the occasion. The Osechi comes in a stylish three-tiered box shaped like a tortoise shell, symbolizing longevity and prosperity. Each layer is packed with an array of colors and flavors, ensuring a festive vibe as you gather around the dining table with family and friends.
The talented chefs at Suju Masayuki have curated a selection of ingredients that represent both the region and the season. The Osechi features seasonal delights from Shinshu, including premium local meats, seafood, and traditional vegetables. Infused with Suju's signature seasonings utilizing miso and koji, this Osechi promises to delight the palate.
Tier One: Celebration Delicacies
The first tier of the Osechi is designed to impress with 13 different types of celebratory dishes that highlight Suju Masayuki’s expertise in flavor.
- - Tokiwagobou with Soy Sauce Koji: A traditional Shinshu vegetable prepared with rich sesame sauce.
- - Dried Persimmon with Rum Raisin Butter: Featuring sweet Shinshu persimmons, this homemade treat offers a unique flavor.
- - Cream Cheese Marinated in Miso: Two varieties of Shinshu miso are combined with mirin and sake to create a rich marinade for the cheese.
- - Cold Jelly with Red Snow Crab: The beautiful presentation is enhanced with ginger, paprika, and celery, all set in a flavorful jelly.

The Osechi is priced at 56,000 yen (tax included), suitable for 3-4 people. Orders will be accepted from September 1, 2025, with delivery scheduled for December 31, 2025, between 9 AM and noon. Orders can be placed through the

Delivery Areas and Conditions
The delivery service covers the Tohoku region (excluding Aomori, Akita, Iwate), Kanto, Chubu, and Kinki regions, but not areas such as Hokkaido, the Chugoku region, or Shikoku. Please note that deliveries are subject to availability and certain conditions may require changes to the offered items.
