MoEngage Secures $180 Million in Series F Funding



MoEngage, the leading customer engagement platform based in Bengaluru and San Francisco, has announced a significant milestone by raising an additional $180 million in its Series F funding round. This follows the previous round secured in November 2025, totaling the Series F financing to $280 million. This latest raise was spearheaded by ChrysCapital and Dragon Funds, along with contributions from Schroders Capital, while existing investors TR Capital and B Capital also participated.

The capital raised will be instrumental in accelerating innovations within MoEngage's AI-powered Merlin suite and enlarging its market reach in North America and the EMEA regions. The funding will also allow the company to explore strategic acquisitions that may enhance its platform capabilities. MoEngage is rapidly expanding its presence in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia as businesses modernize their customer engagement strategies.

In conjunction with this growth strategy, MoEngage completed its second liquidity event, totaling approximately $15 million, which benefited 259 of its current and former employees, allowing them to share in the company’s financial success. The liquidity event also included selected secondary transactions for early investors such as Eight Roads, Helion Venture Partners, and Matrix Partners.
