The Pacific brand, renowned for its drive-in cafe Pacific DRIVE-IN nestled in Shichirigahama, proudly unveils its first residential project, Pacific HOUSE. Combining forces with the lifestyle housing brand LIFE LABEL, this innovative project showcases a blend of aesthetics reminiscent of Hawaii, featuring open layouts that promote a unique lifestyle experience.

Pacific HOUSE represents a venture born from a discussion on the radio show What’s New FUN?, hosted by Teppei Hayashi, the head of LIFE LABEL. The convergence of ideas with Sadahiro Nakamura, the CEO of Transit Holdings, sparked the concept of creating a home that resonates with the dreams of many Japanese seeking to experience a life akin to that found overseas. This residential project aims to cultivate a 'cultural hub' that embraces Pacific values within everyday living.

Design and Features



Boasting a layout inspired by Hawaiian lanai culture, the home's exterior is adorned with vibrant greenery, while the interior features a lofted single-story design that flows seamlessly from the entrance into the communal living space. The diner-style arrangement invites moments of relaxation alongside active hobbies.

Living in Pacific HOUSE means integrating activities like surfing, pickleball, and golf into daily life, followed by quiet afternoons sipping coffee on the lanai, listening to favorite tunes, or indulging in a good book. This concept emphasizes a lifestyle enriched with meaningful rhythms, where moments of pause are cherished.

Additionally, the interior allows for customization, presenting it as a 'house that grows' — a canvas for residents to imprint their individuality. Pacific HOUSE embodies the future of living envisioned by the brand, representing a fresh new lifestyle proposal.

Campaign Launching Your Vision



To celebrate the launch, Pacific HOUSE is holding a campaign inviting people to share their visions of life within these walls. Participants are encouraged to engage in a survey focused on what they would love to experience in this house. Excitingly, among all respondents, a draw will be conducted to win exclusive Pacific HOUSE merchandise! The application period runs through August 31, 2025.
