Embracing Communication: Join Our Infertility and Miscarriage Support Online Session

Supporting Couples Facing Infertility and Miscarriage

The journey of infertility and recurrent miscarriages is often shrouded in stigma, isolating couples who face these challenges. With approximately 1 in 4 couples in Japan experiencing infertility treatments, it is crucial to foster open communication about these issues. Recognizing this need, a special online session titled "Infertility and Miscarriage Chat" is being organized in Tokyo, aimed at providing a supportive environment for couples navigating these deeply personal struggles.

Acknowledging Shared Experiences

For many couples, the feelings of anxiety and worry related to infertility and miscarriage are profound. Each partner may have differing emotional responses and perspectives towards treatment and coping mechanisms. This can lead to misunderstandings, adding stress to an already challenging situation. Therefore, this online chat session is designed to help couples communicate more effectively and understand each other's feelings and experiences.

In a relaxed atmosphere led by trained counselors from the Tokyo Infertility and Miscarriage Hotline, participants will be encouraged to share their stories and feelings anonymously, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and safe during discussions.
