Carrie, who is a former stay-at-home mom with significant entrepreneurial experience, was inspired to open Blo Blow Dry Bar after experiencing the transformative beauty services it offers while visiting Tampa. She recognized a gap in the Clifton Park beauty service market and saw Blo as the perfect way to marry her love for the beauty industry with her commitment to her community.
