The Tokyo Dome Hotel, located in Bunkyo City, Tokyo, is excited to announce the launch of the
Hokkaido Fair 2025, starting October 1, 2025. This marks the first phase of a two-part culinary adventure celebrating the best of Hokkaido’s local produce.
With the support of the Hokkaido government, this festival has been a beloved tradition at the hotel since its establishment in 2003. As the first Hokkaido buffet and continuously popular among guests, it reflects the pride and passion of local producers.
Culinary Journey of 1,000 km
To prepare for this upcoming event, the head chef of the hotel's Super Dining
Rilassa embarked on a journey across the southern regions of Hokkaido, covering over 1,000 km. Throughout this expedition, the chef met various producers, gaining firsthand insight into the region’s rich culinary landscape. This remarkable experience, along with a selection of seasonal ingredients including
crab, seafood, melons, vegetables, and
dairy products, will be showcased in a unique buffet style.
