Dossier's First Flagship Boutique Opens in NoLita, NYC
Dossier, known for bringing a fresh perspective to the perfume industry, is officially opening its first brick-and-mortar boutique on June 27, 2025, in the trendy NoLita district of New York City. Situated at 242 Elizabeth Street, this flagship location will showcase the complete range of Dossier's fragrance collections, including Dossier Impressions, Dossier Originals, and Dossier Home.

According to Sergio Tache, the founder and CEO, the move to establish a physical boutique has been anticipated for years. After hosting a successful pop-up shop last year, it was clear that customers craved a permanent space to experience the scents in person.
"This boutique has been years in the making. We've had such an amazing response to our perfumes online since launching in 2019, and knew we wanted to give customers an offline Dossier experience," Tache said. "We're excited to finally bring the Dossier perfume house for the next generation to life and have a space where perfume lovers can build their perfume wardrobes and learn more about fragrances in the process."
Located in the heart of New York's Scent Row, Dossier's boutique is envisioned as both a discovery center and an educational hub. The space has been designed by the renowned creative firm, Malherbe Paris, and executed by Rekon Retail. The boutique notably embodies a refined yet inviting atmosphere, seamlessly integrating Dossier's French heritage with NoLita’s minimalist charm.
Upon entering, customers will encounter a curated fragrance library that introduces them to olfactory families, guiding them through their exploration of scent. The boutique serves as a centralized hub for existing collections while featuring a dedicated "Dossier Drop Day" area, highlighting new launches each month.
One standout feature of the Dossier boutique is its innovative Paperscent technology, developed by Gaudier. This system revolutionizes the fragrance testing process, capturing in-store analytics in real-time while significantly reducing paper waste and maintaining the integrity of the perfumes.
