From September 1, 2025, the Kobe Suma Seaworld Hotel, operated by Granvista Hotel & Resort, will unveil a special menu showcasing the seasonal flavors of autumn in Hyogo. Guests can indulge in a buffet at the Setouchi Harbor Restaurant, where fresh ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and regional seafood from the Seto Inland Sea grace the table.
New Buffet Menu Highlights
The menu features dishes designed to highlight the vibrant tastes of autumn. One of the standout dishes is the
Awaodori Chicken and Autumn Vegetable Roll with Lemon Butter Sauce, where the succulent Awaodori chicken is skillfully wrapped around seasonal vegetables and served with a tangy sauce. Another must-try is the
Kobe Beef Shin Meat Salad, featuring tender, slow-cooked beef mixed with crunchy onions, dressed with a robust mustard and citrus dressing.
As guests savor these delightful offerings, they can also enjoy various other seasonal dishes such as
Western-style Daikon Oden,
Chestnut and Porcini Cream, and more. The buffet is set to excite the taste buds and celebrate the rich agricultural heritage of Hyogo.

In addition to the buffet, from the same date, the hotel will also refresh its
Setouchi Afternoon Tea, presenting new menus infused with locally-sourced ingredients.
