Industrial Exchange Exhibition 2025: Call for Exhibitors Begins!

The 28th Annual Industrial Exchange Exhibition is upon us, promising to be one of Japan's biggest showcases of innovative technology and products from unique small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Starting June 9 until August 4, 2025, the exhibition will open its doors for exhibitors specializing in four key areas: Information Technology, Environment, Healthcare and Welfare, and Machinery and Metal.

This year, the exhibition will not only feature speeches and award ceremonies on stage but will also enhance information sharing on new products and services that attendees can experience firsthand. Additionally, there will be initiatives designed to promote the health of SME employees, reinforcing the importance of workforce retention.

As a hybrid event combining both physical and online showcases, participants can look forward to ample business opportunities, whether it be expanding sales channels or facilitating inter-company collaborations. Businesses and organizations based in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa) that belong to any of the aforementioned sectors are invited to apply.

Special Features

The exhibition will include keynote speeches, special lectures, a startup zone, and a showcase of new products and services. A concurrent event will celebrate the Tokyo Venture Technology Award and the Tokyo Management Innovation Excellence Award among others.
