Drawing from 15 years of experience on the West Coast, the restaurant intertwines the free spirit and diversity of California culture with the seasonal bounties of Japanese cuisine. Their motto, "Good breakfast, good brunch, good coffee, good vibes—all day," sets the tone for a warm and inviting atmosphere where customers can relax and enjoy fine food throughout the day.

After just two months of operation, Pebble Hiroo Terrace is launching a revamped menu on October 16, enlisted with autumn ingredients that promise to elevate their offerings even further. The fall menu features new dishes that cater to a variety of tastes:

A brunch-style twist on the restaurant's signature "Pebble Fried Chicken", this dish features crispy, juicy chicken served alongside fluffy pancakes. The combination of spicy dates honey and buttermilk pancakes creates a tantalizing sweet and savory balance, truly embodying the essence of “California comfort.”

A brunch staple made with buttermilk-marinated chicken that is deep-fried to perfection and generously drizzled with rich gravy. Every bite is a delicious embrace of flavors.

This burger brings a taste of the West Coast's popular “Animal Style” right to Tokyo. Two grilled Wagyu patties are topped with a special In-N-Out sauce and sandwiched in a brioche bun, served with freshly fried French fries on the side.

The visionary behind Pebble Hiroo Terrace is Masato Ishizuki, the President and CEO of Pebble Inc. With a rich history in the culinary scene, Ishizuki's journey began in 2011 at Tyson and Company and continued to evolve through notable roles at restaurant establishments such as CICADA, IVY PLACE, and CRISTA. After nearly a decade, he transitioned to lead Pebble, where he aims to foster a vibrant restaurant culture that connects people and communities through food.
