He previously served as the Director of Operations for Jet Access Aviation, where he oversaw a fleet of 31 aircraft and managed air carrier operations. His dedication to regulatory compliance has led to significant achievements, including maintaining prestigious certifications like ARG/US Platinum and IS-BAO Stage III. Tami Buetel – Vice President of Flight Support
With nearly three decades in the aviation field, Tami Buetel's expertise stems from her military service and her extensive career in operations and client services. Luke O'Kane – Director of Charter Sales
Luke O'Kane joins Thrive Aviation with over ten years of sales success in managing fleet efficiency and strengthening client relationships. He has transitioned seamlessly from New Jersey to California, where he sharpened his sales skills. His focus on fostering collaboration between departments and transforming operations aligns perfectly with Thrive’s goal of elevating charter services. Outside of work, O'Kane enjoys traveling and cooking, as well as venturing outdoors.
Dawit Palmer – Director of Fleet Maintenance
Originally from Vienna, Austria, Dawit Palmer completed his education in Aeronautical Science in Texas and has immersed himself in aviation management roles, particularly in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His previous experience includes significant positions at various Part 145 Repair Stations, making him well-equipped to maintain and enhance Thrive Aviation's fleet. Palmer expressed excitement about joining Thrive, envisioning a productive future with a strong emphasis on safety and maintenance standards.
