Yamashita Honki Udon Machida Station Celebrates 3rd Anniversary



On May 1, 2025, Yamashita Honki Udon at Machida Station will commemorate three successful years since its grand opening. Operated by Garden Co., Ltd., this location has rapidly grown in popularity, receiving around 350,000 visitors since its debut on May 1, 2022. In appreciation of the continued patronage from customers, an exclusive anniversary festival will be held on May 1, 2025, offering unique promotions that no fan of udon should miss.

Anniversary Festival Details


The anniversary festivities will be dedicated to customers visiting the restaurant on this special day. Two exciting initiatives are planned:

1. Special Udon Offer: Visitors will have the chance to enjoy the White Mentaiko Cheese Cream Udon for just ¥980 (tax included). This dish will be available between 10 AM and midnight, promising to please udon lovers and newcomers alike.

Remember, this offer cannot be combined with app download promotions, other discounts, or coupons. It is exclusive to dine-in customers only.

2. Gift for Early Birds: The first 100 customers will receive a special original drawstring pouch from Yamashita Honki Udon. To claim this gift, dine-in orders must total ¥1,000 or more, and each customer can receive one pouch only.

This gift will be available for those who arrive during the 10 AM opening until the limit is reached.

About Yamashita Honki Udon


Yamashita Honki Udon was founded by Interviewer Man Yamashita in 2012, focused on delivering authentic Sanuki udon made with quality wheat and self-made noodles. After securing a licensing agreement and trademark acquisition in 2017, our brand was further developed, leading to smooth expansion across Japan’s Kanto region, boasting 19 stores nationwide.

The Machida Station branch stands out as the first store in the Tama region, located just a minute’s walk from the Odakyu Machida Station East Exit. Opened on May 1, 2022, this phenomenal location has helped us reach significant milestones in a very short timeframe, enabling us to celebrate this upcoming anniversary.

We pride ourselves on our insistence on quality. Our udon is uniquely crafted, featuring a chewy texture from our homemade recipes and a dashi made from premium kelp and bonito flakes, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. As we celebrate three remarkable years, we also look forward to the future. Plans are underway to expand our footprint and bring Yamashita Honki Udon’s awesome flavors to even more customers, including the highly anticipated Yamashita Honki Udon COCONO Susukino scheduled to open in May 2025.
