Criteo Appoints Edouard Dinichert as Chief Customer Officer

The announcement was made on October 29, 2025, and will take effect on December 1, 2025. Located in New York City, Dinichert will report directly to the CEO, Michael Komasinski.

His experience at TripleLift involved scaling creative supply-side platform offerings, particularly in the realms of retail media and data-driven solutions.

Prior to his time at TripleLift, Dinichert enjoyed a remarkable tenure at Amazon. He was instrumental in launching and leading Amazon Advertising in France and later developed its global Ad Tech Sales and Services organization. His broad understanding of data-driven marketing solutions and collaborative spirit, working closely with AWS and other teams, has uniquely prepared him for the challenges at Criteo.

Dinichert's extensive experience, particularly in bridging creativity with performance analytics and data-driven marketing, places him in an excellent position to drive Criteo’s ambitious growth plans.
