A Track Record of Success
Since joining Halifax in 2012 as an Associate, Jamie has consistently demonstrated a profound commitment to excellence. After earning his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, he returned to Halifax in 2018 as a Vice President and rapidly progressed to Principal in 2021. His journey within the firm reflects not only personal ambition but also an unwavering dedication to the clients and businesses Halifax serves.
In his new role as Managing Director, Jamie will continue to play a pivotal role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting the development of portfolio companies. His expertise shines particularly in the healthcare services and automotive aftermarket sectors. Throughout his career, Jamie has been instrumental in Halifax’s successful exits, such as those of BCI Burke, a playground equipment manufacturer, and PromptCare, which specializes in respiratory and infusion therapy services. Moreover, he co-led Halifax's recent investment in Universal Air Conditioner, a notable player in the HVAC space.

Jamie serves on the boards of several portfolio companies, including 101 Mobility, Harmar, Stinger, and Universal Air Conditioner, further underscoring his leadership capabilities.
