MV Transportation Enhances Paratransit Services in the Midwest



MV Transportation, recognized as the largest privately owned transportation contractor in North America, has embarked on a promising partnership with IndyGo for the provision of paratransit services under the IndyGo Access program. This contract was officially announced on March 3, 2025, and the services commenced on March 1, 2025.

A New Era for MV Transportation



Kevin Klika, the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, expressed enthusiasm regarding this contract, noting that it solidifies MV's partnership with IndyGo and expands its operational footprint in the Midwest. This collaboration is a testament to MV's reliable, efficient, and safe paratransit service offerings. The award reflects MV's ongoing commitment to enhancing transportation options for communities in need.

Comprehensive Management of Paratransit Services



As part of this new contract, MV Transportation will oversee all facets of the paratransit operations. This includes everything from management, operations, and maintenance, to staffing vehicle operators, dispatching services, and ensuring safety and road supervision. To meet the needs of the riders, MV will operate a fleet of 75 vehicles and employ over 100 team members at peak times.

The operational strategy outlines how MV Transportation aims to ensure that all riders benefit from the safe and reliable transportation services that are designed to improve mobility within the community.
