Following her academic success, she joined LINE Corporation, where she earned a prestigious newcomer award in the advertising sales division. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to operate RICE REPUBLIC, specializing in onigiri (Japanese rice balls), where she managed five stores across Tokyo.

In 2025, she founded Rice Platformer and launched the onigiri specialty store ONI&Co., with a vision to elevate this traditional food to a world-class fast-casual dining experience. Her determination to bridge traditional Japanese cuisine with modern dining concepts reflects her broader mission to introduce Japanese culture to global audiences.
