Empowering Talent for a Smart Future at MWC 2025
During the Mobile World Congress 2025 (MWC 2025), held in Barcelona, Huawei successfully hosted the Digital Intelligence Talent Development Forum, gathering over 100 global clients. This forum was pivotal as it unveiled Huawei’s
Digital Intelligence Talent Development Service Solution 2.0, which aims to redefine how organizations interact with talent and technology.
Keynote Insights
Jason Liu, the President of Huawei Learning and Certification Services, opened the forum with a critical perspective on the future of work. Liu raised three fundamental questions to address the evolving landscape where human and AI collaboration is paramount:
1.
How do we collaborate between humans and AI agents?
2.
How do we train the experts behind expert models?
3.
How do we build a continuously learning team?
He elaborated on four significant perspectives:
- - Amplifying Productivity through Collaboration: The trend in work is shifting from a human-centric approach to one that increasingly values collaboration between humans and machines. This new dynamic promotes exponential productivity gains.
- - Need for Holistic Talent: Liu emphasized the necessity of comprehensive talent development, moving away from the traditional ‘T-shaped talent’ model toward a more versatile ‘π-shaped talent’ model—highlighting deep integration of Digital Information and Communication Technology (DICT) and Operational Technology (OT).
- - Personalized Learning Experiences: The forum introduced the 6A Learning Experience, which focuses on providing an immersive learning environment available anytime, anywhere, and on any device, supported by an AI learning co-pilot.
- - Learning as Productivity: Liu underscored that learning capacity directly contributes to productivity. By employing effective knowledge management strategies and employing AI tools, organizations can build capable teams that continuously enhance their productivity.
