Founded in 2009, Payroll Experts Australia has a robust portfolio, having successfully delivered over 530 projects for more than 260 organizations across Australia and New Zealand. Known for its independence from any specific software vendor, the company excels in providing comprehensive support throughout the payroll and HR systems lifecycle, covering areas such as payroll compliance, audit processes, remediation, and HR systems consulting.

With this acquisition, HR Path aims to boost its capability to deliver end-to-end HR transformation services tailored for the Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) market. Payroll Experts Australia's extensive skill set in payroll compliance and HR systems aligns seamlessly with HR Path's existing HRIS technology and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, which together enhance the scope of services available to clients. Post-acquisition, Payroll Experts Australia will continue to operate under its original brand, now identified as "Payroll Experts Australia, an HR Path Company." HR Path's expansion into Australia began in 2019 with the acquisition of DDG, followed by the establishment of an Australian office in 2024.
