On December 18, 2025, Kyoto’s popular 'Taishu Sukiyaki Hokuto' will launch its first location in the Chofu area of Tokyo. This new restaurant, located in the commercial facility 'Trie Keio Chofu', aims to make the luxurious experience of eating sukiyaki accessible and affordable for everyone.

Founded in September 2016 by Fan International, a subsidiary of Hotland Holdings, Taishu Sukiyaki Hokuto has quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to sukiyaki, often considered a premium dish. By focusing on a casual dining model, the restaurant group has successfully established six outlets mainly in Kyoto, attracting both local patrons and international tourists keen to enjoy this quintessential Japanese dish. Earlier in 2024, the brand made its official debut in Tokyo with the opening of its Ginza Corridor branch, further expanding its reach.
