In conjunction with this, the traditional online format will now be labeled as the Online Ekkyo Circuit, giving participants the flexibility to choose between in-person and online engagement.

To ensure that cross-border experiences lead to actionable changes within organizations, Enfactory has introduced a 1on1 coaching plan. After problem identification and follow-up sessions, certified career consultants will conduct two one-on-one meetings based on personalized assessments.
