Initiated in 2022, the Behind the Scenes of Clean program has grown significantly in scope and importance. The 2024 campaign saw an impressive increase in celebratory events – quadrupling the activities compared to its previous year and recognizing over 17,000 professionals. This year promises even greater reach, with RCP aiming to acknowledge over 21,000 cleaning heroes through appreciation events nationwide, enhancing the tradition of gratitude and respect for these integral workers.

Building upon last year's accomplishments, the 2025 campaign includes various gratitude-focused initiatives throughout Environmental Services Week and National Custodian Day.
