In April 2026, GAC has emerged as a leading player in the electric vehicle segment in Hong Kong. According to statistics released by the Hong Kong Transport Department, GAC recorded a total of 1,646 vehicle sales in this special administrative region, ranking first in this market segment. Out of these sales, an impressive 1,596 were battery electric vehicles, while 50 were plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
