Leaf Home Strengthens Leadership Team with New Appointments of COO and CCO

Leaf Home Strengthens Leadership Team

In a significant move to enhance its operational capabilities and customer outreach, Leaf Home, recognized as North America’s leading direct-to-consumer home improvement firm, has announced two pivotal appointments within its executive leadership. On February 24, 2026, the company revealed that Jason Lewinski will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Chad Fenbert will take on the responsibilities of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Jason Lewinski - New Chief Operating Officer

Jason Lewinski's recent appointment as COO marks a crucial step for Leaf Home, particularly after its strategic merger with Erie Home. In this role, Lewinski will oversee the company’s enterprise-wide operations, which encompass installation, service, procurement, and product development, effectively streamlining processes to ensure a smooth post-merger integration.

Lewinski boasts an impressive track record within the industry. Before this promotion, he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations, where he played an essential role post-acquisition, aligning operational priorities across the newly merged organization and facilitating team integration. His prior experience as COO at Erie Home saw him successfully expand their roofing and basement services, significantly enhancing customer experience and fostering inter-departmental collaboration. Lewinski's background also includes strategic leadership positions at Trivium Packaging and Owens Corning, which enrich his operational expertise.

Chad Fenbert - New Chief Commercial Officer

Joining Lewinski in the expansion of Leaf Home's leadership team is Chad Fenbert, who assumes the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Fenbert will focus on overseeing the company’s event and retail channels, enhancing commercial strategies aimed at broadening Leaf Home’s market reach, strengthening partnerships with retailers, and fostering meaningful engagement with homeowners across key geographic segments.

With a solid foundation in the building materials sector, Fenbert brings substantial credentials to this role. He most recently served as the Vice President of Sales at USG Corporation, a prominent manufacturer known for its Sheetrock® brand. His impressive nearly 30-year tenure at Owens Corning involved advancing from various sales and marketing leadership roles to ultimately becoming General Manager, which has equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

A Unified Vision for Growth

Jenilee Common, the Chief Executive Officer of Leaf Home, commented on the new appointments, stating, “These additions to our executive team further solidify our commitment to uniting the capabilities of Leaf Home and Erie Home. This leadership strategy positions us to grow with clarity and purpose while consistently delivering high-quality solutions for homeowners throughout North America.”

The latest appointments are part of a broader strategy following Leaf Home’s acquisition of Erie Home, which has significantly expanded the company's service offerings and geographical presence, allowing them to cater to a wider range of residential service needs.
