The Tokyo Sankei Building, the flagship facility of Sankei Building Co., Ltd., located in Otemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo, is gearing up to host its much-anticipated "Tokyo Sankei Building Summer Festival 2025" from July 22 (Tuesday) to August 1 (Friday). This vibrant festival aims to offer enjoyment to office workers while injecting life into the Otemachi area.

1. Special Performance by RAMS Cheerleading Team from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies
The RAMS Cheerleading Team, composed of many members with little experience, has achieved back-to-back victories in the mixed-gender category at the national championships. They promise to deliver an energetic performance filled with spirit, courage, and smiles!

2. Dance Performance by Nishogakusha High School Dance Club
Based in Kudanshita, Chiyoda, the dance club is committed to street dancing and will showcase a passionate performance by approximately 40 members.

3. Summer Snack Festival
This summer, the festival will run for two weeks on the last Thursdays and Fridays of July, featuring a variety of food trucks serving an array of delicious snacks. One highlight will be the well-loved Sapporo Beer "Black Label" along with twelve varieties of cocktails from the silfra cocktail bar!

8. Molkky in the Garden
