One of the highlights from our previous exhibition was the AI-powered production scheduler, DeltaV RTS. This innovative tool combines real-time scheduling with production planning simulations, allowing for detailed scheduling that reflects actual on-site conditions. With additional features added, users can now easily navigate bottleneck analyses and streamline their operations even further, making it a top choice among exhibitors.
Another critical offering is DeltaV PKM, a solution that digitalizes recipes transitioning from development to commercial production systems, effectively advancing the technical transfer process. With one-click technical transfers and a collaborative recipe library developed with global users, this tool facilitates faster and more reliable digital recipe creation.
The DeltaV MES transitions the manufacturing process from paper to digital in record time, significantly minimizing the burden of Master Batch Record construction. This system allows small-scale initial setups, making it easy for manufacturers to adopt. It is designed to evolve into a multifunctional MES seamlessly aligned with future investment plans.
Lastly, our exhibit will feature the highly regarded DeltaV DCS, a decentralized process control system celebrated by pharmaceutical companies both in Japan and internationally. This system balances reliability with unique functionalities, ensuring data integrity and conforming to S88 standards for batch sequence formulation. It is versatile enough to adapt from clinical trial production to commercial scale.
