Accelerating Pharmaceutical Industry's DX at 2nd Pharma DX Expo 2026 in Chiba

データで拓く未来の医薬品製造DX (Unlocking the Future of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing through Data). Through showcasing the latest automation technologies and process optimization solutions, attendees will get a firsthand look at how digital transformation (DX) can revolutionize the pharmaceutical landscape.

Innovative Solutions on Display

DeltaV RTS

One of the highlights from our previous exhibition was the
AI-powered production scheduler, DeltaV RTS. This innovative tool combines real-time scheduling with production planning simulations, allowing for detailed scheduling that reflects actual on-site conditions. With additional features added, users can now easily navigate bottleneck analyses and streamline their operations even further, making it a top choice among exhibitors.

DeltaV PKM

Another critical offering is
DeltaV PKM, a solution that digitalizes recipes transitioning from development to commercial production systems, effectively advancing the technical transfer process. With one-click technical transfers and a collaborative recipe library developed with global users, this tool facilitates faster and more reliable digital recipe creation.

DeltaV MES

The
DeltaV MES transitions the manufacturing process from paper to digital in record time, significantly minimizing the burden of Master Batch Record construction. This system allows small-scale initial setups, making it easy for manufacturers to adopt. It is designed to evolve into a multifunctional MES seamlessly aligned with future investment plans.

DeltaV DCS

Lastly, our exhibit will feature the highly regarded
DeltaV DCS, a decentralized process control system celebrated by pharmaceutical companies both in Japan and internationally. This system balances reliability with unique functionalities, ensuring data integrity and conforming to S88 standards for batch sequence formulation. It is versatile enough to adapt from clinical trial production to commercial scale.

Free Seminars on Life Sciences Challenges

In addition to the exhibits, we will host three enlightening technical seminars aimed at addressing various manufacturing challenges in the life sciences. No pre-registration is required for attendance. The seminars will take place at Exhibition Seminar Venue 6 within the
Manufacturing and Quality Control DX Forum area (Hall 4). Here is the schedule:

  • - May 20 (Wednesday):* 12:30 - 13:00
Realizing Technology Transfer with One Click: How to Accelerate Your Pipeline

  • - May 21 (Thursday): 10:50 - 11:20
Real-Time Reflection of Manufacturing Conditions: The Autonomous Scheduling System

  • - May 21 (Thursday): 15:50 - 16:20
Master Batch Record Creation: Moving from Manual to Automated with Minimal Investment Using a Scalable MES*

How to Attend

This exhibition operates on a pre-registration basis (free of charge). Attendees should fill out the required information via the link provided to print their badges for entry. There are two registration links based on position level:
  • - For attendees at manager level and above: [Register here]
