Domino's Pizza Welcomes New Directors and Promotes Corie Barry to Lead Independent Director

Domino's Pizza Strengthens Leadership Team

In a recent announcement from its headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Domino's Pizza, Inc. (Nasdaq: DPZ), the world's largest pizza chain, revealed significant changes to its Board of Directors designed to enhance its leadership and strategic oversight. The company has appointed Michael C. Creedon, Jr. and Anneliese Olson as new independent directors and promoted Corie Barry to the position of Lead Independent Director.

Domino's Executive Chairman David Brandon expressed enthusiasm about the additions to their board, stating, "We're pleased to welcome Mike and Anneliese to the Board. Their deep experience leading consumer and technology-driven businesses will bring valuable, fresh perspectives as Domino's continues to execute our long-term strategy.” This move reflects Domino's commitment to integrating diverse expertise into its governance structure, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation in the competitive food service market.

Corie Barry, who has served on Domino's Board since July 2018, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role. As the Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc., Barry's strategic insight and understanding of consumer behavior are viewed as invaluable assets. Her election comes after the departure of Richard Federico from the Lead Independent Director position, although Federico will continue to contribute to the board as a member and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Barry expressed her excitement, saying, "I'm honored to serve as Lead Independent Director and appreciate the confidence of my fellow independent directors. Domino's has built an exceptional business by combining a great brand, industry-leading innovation, and a relentless focus on delicious and affordable pizza. I’m excited to help the Board and management team drive the next chapter of success and value creation."

Michael Creedon, currently the Chief Executive Officer of Dollar Tree, Inc., is expected to bring a pragmatic approach to operations and governance. Creedon has had a notable career trajectory, joining Dollar Tree as Chief Operating Officer in 2022 before being appointed as CEO in 2024. His extensive leadership experience, especially in consumer-focused sectors, aligns well with Domino's strategy. Creedon remarked, "I'm excited to join the Domino's Board of Directors and serve alongside such an accomplished group of leaders. I've long admired the company's customer-first culture and look forward to contributing my experience to help shape the success of the business."

Anneliese Olson rounds out the new appointments with her impressive background in technology-driven markets. Serving as the President of Imaging, Printing, and Solutions at HP Inc., Olson has over 30 years of experience at HP, holding several leadership positions that reflect her capability in navigating complex business environments. She brings substantial international experience to the board, having worked in the Asia Pacific region for over seven years. Olson commented on her new role, stating, "Few companies have integrated technology into their business as thoughtfully as Domino's. I'm excited to be part of this evolution and to contribute my experience to the Company's next chapter of growth."

Domino's Pizza has carved out a significant niche in the global food industry, boasting over 22,300 stores across more than 90 markets as of early 2026, with global retail sales exceeding $20.4 billion in the previous year's quarters. This new leadership strategy is anticipated to not only enhance corporate governance but also push forward Domino's long-standing mission to innovate in the pizza industry, especially through digital ordering channels where they have seen significant growth.

The appointments of Creedon and Olson, alongside Barry's new role, align with Domino’s commitment to a forward-thinking approach. As they navigate the challenges ahead in an ever-evolving market landscape, the company aims to leverage its strong foundation to continue delivering exceptional value to consumers.
