Royal Host is excited to introduce a limited-time collection of five seasonal desserts featuring the delicious Apple Mango from Mexico, launching on July 16, 2025. This event marks the sixth year of the Apple Mango dessert celebration and promises a delightful taste of Mexico’s celebrated fruit.
In Mexico, a popular way to enjoy mango is by combining it with lime and chili peppers. In line with this tradition, Royal Host has creatively adapted these flavors, incorporating lime jelly and the aromatic 'Poivre Rose' (pink pepper) to enhance the rich sweetness of Apple Mango. The result is a refreshing and vibrant summer dessert collection that captures the essence of warm weather dining.
Among the desserts is the "Apple Mango Brulee Parfait" priced at 1,380 yen (tax included 1,518 yen). This dish features a deliciously caramelized brulee paired with mango flesh, Poivre Rose, and garnished with pecans, pineapple sorbet, mango ice cream, lime jelly, and mint. Another highlight is the "Apple Mango Yogurt Germany with Anglaise Sauce" priced at 1,580 yen (tax included 1,738 yen), which blends mango ice cream, pineapple sorbet, and cassis ice cream with yogurt. Topped with fresh mango cubes, banana slices, whipped cream, and a hint of spicy Poivre Rose, this dessert offers a rich flavor experience when enjoyed with an added drizzle of custard-style Anglaise sauce.
Further options include the refreshing "Apple Mango Parfait" for 1,080 yen (tax included 1,188 yen), where mango flesh and ice cream merge with lime jelly, whipped cream, and granola for a simple yet delightful dessert. For a drinkable treat, the "Mango & Lime Jelly Smoothie" priced at 880 yen (tax included 968 yen) combines mango smoothie with mint-infused lime jelly, creating a refreshing summer beverage.
Additionally, Royal Host enhances this dessert experience with a carefully curated drink bar that features over ten varieties from the 'TEARTH' series, offering various tea pairings that perfectly complement the Apple Mango creations.
The coaster design accompanying the seasonal desserts features artwork by Kanta Wajima from the Kanazawa Art Workshop, continuing the theme of showcasing artistic talent alongside delicious food. This initiative aims to create a 'small museum on a plate' experience, merging visual art with the culinary delights at Royal Host.
The seasonal desserts will be available from July 16, 2025, until mid-September. Operating hours start from 10:30 AM, with a notable closure on September 4. These desserts can be enjoyed at all 214 Royal Host locations nationwide, with specific menu items available at select branches.
