Outlaw Light Beer: Fastest-Growing Craft Beer Surges Ahead into 2025

Outlaw Light Beer: Fastest-Growing Craft Beer in the US

In an impressive display of momentum, Outlaw Light Beer is making waves as America's fastest-growing domestic light beer. Originally brewed by Tivoli Brewing Company in Denver, Colorado, Outlaw is reinventing the light beer category. Having launched in 2023, Outlaw has gained significant traction in the beverage market, showing a remarkable five-fold sales growth over the last eighteen months and securing distribution across 45 states. The brand aims to become nationally available by the end of this year.

The journey began when the Republic National Distributing Company acquired the brand rights in Colorado, allowing Outlaw to expand its market reach. Strong sales performance during the first quarter of 2025 has enabled Outlaw to project an annual run rate of 200,000 barrels this year. This rapid ascent has been catalyzed by partnerships with major retailers, including Walmart, Costco, and Whole Foods, as well as distribution in convenience stores like Circle K and Buc-ee's.

Strategic expansion into critical markets such as Texas, Florida, and California has further amplified Outlaw's visibility and brand engagement. The success can largely be attributed to the committed efforts of Outlaw's team, who have cultivated deep-rooted relationships in various sectors, including business, entertainment, and philanthropy. These connections, combined with a clear demand for a flavorful and affordable light beer, have propelled Outlaw to the forefront of consumer preferences.

CEO Ari Opsahl emphasizes that the brand's rise isn't simply a matter of luck, but a result of focused effort and a product that delivers consistent quality.
